The shortlist for the following categories will be announced in mid-March:
Property Manager of the Year
This award is aimed at organisations that have developed effective property management strategies and customer service initiatives that benefit both tenants and landlords. Judges will be rewarding the organisation that has been the most innovative and has a record demonstrating financial management, asset enhancement, green initiatives and an understanding of industry demands.
International Sales Agency
This category will recognise the agency that has generated significant International sales into the UK in 2011 whilst also offering unrivalled consultancy services and market reach. Therefore, beside the hard data, the judges are interested in the consultancy and other specialist elements of your business. Please ensure you highlight any recent achievements such as successfully selling out a large new build development scheme to overseas buyers.
UK Sales Agency of the Year
This category will recognise the agency that has generated significant domestic sales in 2011 whilst also offering unrivalled consultancy services and market reach. Therefore, beside the hard data, the judges are interested in the consultancy and other specialist elements of your business. Please ensure you highlight any recent achievements such as successfully selling out a large new build development scheme.
Letting Agency of the Year
This category will recognise the agency that has a demonstrated an outstanding lettings record in 2011 whilst also offering unrivalled consultancy services and market reach. Therefore, beside the hard data, the judges are interested in the consultancy, market knowledge and other specialist elements of your business. Please ensure you highlight any recent achievements such as successfully letting out a large new build development.
Residential Consultancy Practice of the Year
This category will recognise the most outstanding Residential Consultancy Practices in the UK in 2011. The shortlisted companies will be able to demonstrate sound market knowledge and robust residential development appraisal capabilities including affordable housing and section 106 viability as well as innovation in a variation of basis of sale such as – development agreements, development options, joint ventures sales with deferred income and conditional agreements subject to planning. The basis of this category is that the candidate was instrumental in making it happen.
